How to send us receipts?
There are four ways to send receipts and invoices to Novabook.
1) Connect Gmail Syncer to automatically receive invoices (processed with AI)
2) Create an Amazon Business account (not Amazon for Consumers) and connect it to Novabook.
3) Use the Novabook app to take a photo of a receipt.
4) Forward receipts to your forwarding email address.
How do you connect Gmail and Amazon Business?
Connect your Gmail and Amazon Business accounts to Novabook once. From then on, receipts in your Gmail inbox and invoices from your Amazon Business purchases come to us automatically. You don't need to download, search for, or forward us any invoices.

How do you send us paper receipts?
Anyone on your team can send us paper receipts with the Novabook mobile app.
Download the Novabook app from the App Store or Google Play.
Log in with your Novabook email address.
Tap the camera button and take a photo of the receipt.
How do you forward receipts to your receipt alias?
Your forwarding email address is a Novabook email address to forward receipts to, shown on the Receipts page. You can forward receipts from any inbox, including inboxes that aren't Gmail.
When you forward a receipt, you can add a line saying what the purchase was for, like "Client lunch with Northwind Labs". We keep the context with the receipt, so that's one less request to answer later.
