Pay your team in one click with Novabook Payroll Payments.

Instead of paying your team one by one or using a BACS file, you can now schedule payments to every single employee at once from the Novabook Payroll portal.

Send us receipts via Forwarding Email, Novabook App or Gmail Syncer.

As a refresher, you can send us invoices & receipts in three main ways:

1. Forwarding receipts to your Novabook receipt alias (email address)

2. Using the Novabook Mobile App

3. Connecting your Gmail to Novabook

Pay your supplier invoices from Novabook.

You now have a separate pay alias to send any invoices that you need to pay, which will appear separately on the payments tab.

You can then pay these bills through our third-party provider, Plaid, if they are in GBP, or mark them as paid if they are in foreign currencies (yes, we're working on supporting other currencies too).

Assign receipts to other people in your team.

Instead of chasing a colleague to send you a receipt/invoice on Slack or Teams, assign them the receipt request directly in Novabook.

You can assign receipts to any of your employees or users on Novabook. If you need to add someone new, you can invite them to Novabook from the Users tab.

Recommended Novabook Processes

Here are our guides to the recommended internal processes to save as much time as possible using Novabook.

• Payroll & Paying Employees: We recommend setting up Novabook Payroll Payments and submitting changes on platform.

• Sharing invoices with Novabook: If you use Gmail, use our Gmail connector and forward using your unique forwarding email. Add other team members to the platform so you can assign receipts to them from our platform.

• Paying supplier invoices: Forward the invoice to your unique forwarding email address with the prefix pay. added (e.g. pay.nova.goat.sheep)
